Protein Hot Chocolate
An easy go-to hot chocolate recipe for all those cold winter days.
This Protein Hot Chocolate recipe is made with a few simple ingredients. It’s lower in sugar than your typical hot chocolate but much higher in protein. Collagen is added to provide about 25-30 grams of protein per serving without influencing the flavor. Cinnamon and cardamom add subtle warm spice.
You can enjoy this recipe as is or adjust depending on your preferences. Want it a little sweeter? Just add more maple syrup. More chocolate flavor? Throw in a few more chocolate chips. Make it vegan with a plant-based milk or more decadent with a full-fat milk.
