Together, we’ll build a realistic plan that feels actionable and supportive—not restrictive. You’ll leave with a clear first steps and simple strategies to start feeling better right away.

These sessions are where the real progress happens. We’ll celebrate wins, talk through what’s feeling hard, and make small adjustments to keep you moving toward your goals in a way that actually fits your life.

Payment is collected at the time of booking to secure your spot. Credit/debit cards are accepted.
Do you accept insurance?
Not right now. I’ve chosen to keep my practice private-pay so I can spend more time focusing on you—not on paperwork or insurance restrictions. This means we can create a plan that truly fits your goals, without being limited by what an insurance company will or won’t cover.
You may be able to use HSA or FSA funds, and I can provide a superbill for possible reimbursement. If I add insurance options in the future, I’ll update this page right away!
What states do you work in?
As a registered dietitian nutritionist, I can only provide care to those located in states that either do not require licensing or that I am licensed in. I am currently licensed in the following states: FL, GA, IA, IL, OH, MA, TN. However, I have worked with people located in states such as NY, VA, and IN for example, where licensing is not required.
