$195 (60 minutes)
We’ll take time to talk through your goals, health history, and everyday habits so I can understand your unique lifestyle and challenges. Together, we’ll build a realistic plan that feels actionable and supportive—not restrictive. You’ll leave with a clear first steps and simple strategies to start feeling better right away.
Follow-Up SessioN
$135 (45 minutes)
These sessions are where the real progress happens. We’ll celebrate wins, talk through what’s feeling hard, and make small adjustments to keep you moving toward your goals in a way that actually fits your life.

Payment is collected at the time of booking to secure your spot. Credit/debit cards are accepted.
Do you accept insurance?
I’ve chosen to keep my practice private-pay so I can spend more time focusing on you—not on paperwork or insurance restrictions. This means we can create a plan that truly fits your goals, without being limited by what an insurance company will or won’t cover.
You may be able to use HSA or FSA funds, and I can provide a superbill for possible reimbursement.
What states do you work in?
As a RDN, I work with clients in states that don’t require licensure or where I’m currently licensed. I am currently licensed in the following states: FL, GA, IA, OH, MA, RI, TN. However, I have worked with people located in states such as NY, VA, and IN for example, where licensing is not required. If you’re unsure whether we can work together, just reach out and I’m happy to confirm.
