Work With Me

I offer two ways to work together, depending on the level of support you’re looking for. Whether you want a single session or ongoing guidance and accountability, we’ll focus on building simple, sustainable habits that fit into real life.

All appointments are virtual


Option 1: Individual Sessions

This option is ideal if you’re looking for targeted guidance, a nutrition “reset,” or want to get started before committing to ongoing coaching.

Initial Session

We’ll take time to talk through your goals, health history, and everyday habits so I can understand your unique lifestyle and challenges. Together, we’ll build a realistic plan that feels actionable and supportive—not restrictive. You’ll leave with a clear first steps and simple strategies to start feeling better right away.

  • $195 (60 minutes)

Follow up Sessions

These sessions are where the real progress happens. We’ll celebrate wins, talk through what’s feeling hard, and make small adjustments to keep you moving toward your goals in a way that actually fits your life.

  • $135 (45 minutes)

This option offers flexibility and is a great place to start if you’re unsure how much support you’ll need.


Option 2: 3-Month Nutrition Coaching

$775 for 3 months of flexible, personalized support

This option is designed for lasting change. Instead of spacing appointments based on cost, we focus on meeting as often as you need to stay consistent, supported, and accountable.

What’s included:

  • One 60-minute initial nutrition assessment

  • Up to 7 follow-up touchpoints over 3 months, used flexibly based on your needs

    • Full sessions when deeper support is helpful

    • Shorter check-ins when accountability or quick guidance is all you need (two 15-minute check-ins count as one follow-up).

  • Ongoing support between sessions via email

  • Flexible scheduling that adapts as your needs change

Some weeks may require more support, while others may not — this option allows us to adjust without cost driving those decisions.

This option is best for people who want:

  • Consistent accountability

  • Support building sustainable habits

  • Flexibility without feeling rushed or restricted

  • A calmer, more realistic approach to nutrition that fits real life

Most clients choose this option for better consistency and long-term results.

  • Choose 3-Month Nutrition Coaching if you want ongoing support, accountability, and the flexibility to meet more frequently when needed.

When I first came to April, all I wanted was a number. I wanted to know how many calories I was supposed to be eating a day considering my body and current activity level (I was glued to those online calculators, but I wanted another opinion).

She gave me what I was looking for, but I agreed to another session because even though I felt like I had been doing “everything right” I wasn’t seeing results. I was counting calories and macros, I was working out hard 5-6 days a week, but I was tired and had cravings for foods I had never even tried.

One session she asked me, “If you could eat anything, what would you eat?” And my immediate answer was, “Ben and Jerry’s ice cream.” For years, I would only allow myself Halo Top, the low calorie ice cream. I had never tried Ben and Jerry’s because I was so scared of gaining weight. I told her that I didn’t trust myself with those foods because I was afraid of eating too much of them. (If you’re wondering, I ate the ice cream and have lived to tell the tale).

Through working with April, I was able to break free from this cage. I didn’t need to count calories, weigh in every day, or work out to exhaustion. I’ve learned to trust and listen to my body. As it turns out, even without all these made up rules I had about food and my body, I still chose nourishing foods and fun daily movement.

April truly believes that every individual has different needs, and tailors her advice and recommendations for each person.

Payment is collected at the time of booking to secure your spot. Credit/debit cards are accepted.


Do you accept insurance?

I’ve chosen to keep my practice private-pay so I can spend more time focusing on you—not on paperwork or insurance restrictions. This means we can create a plan that truly fits your goals, without being limited by what an insurance company will or won’t cover.

You may be able to use HSA or FSA funds, and I can provide a superbill for possible reimbursement.

What states do you work in?

As a RDN, I work with clients in states that don’t require licensure or where I’m currently licensed. I am currently licensed in the following states: FL, GA, IA, OH, MA, RI, TN. However, I have worked with people located in states such as NY, VA, and IN for example, where licensing is not required. If you’re unsure whether we can work together, just reach out and I’m happy to confirm.
