About

I always wanted a career that helped others. This desire along with my love for health and food has made nutrition my passion. My passion has only grown as I’ve worked with clients and witnessed firsthand how improved nutrition and a healthier relationship with foods not only transforms their physical health, but also impacts many other aspects of their life. Clients report feeling happier, freer, more energized, and confident—and everyone deserves to feel that way. There’s no better feeling than helping my clients get their health back and improve their quality of life.

Experience

April Dupee, MS, RDN, LDN

I have worked with several hundred people over the past four years helping them lose weight, manage chronic conditions such as elevated blood sugar and cholesterol levels, and improve their overall diet and health.

Through my diverse background of work experiences—clinical nutrition, research, communications, freelance writing, recipe development, outpatient nutrition, and corporate health—I have worked with a wide array of people, challenges, and topics. I value providing research-based care that is simple and actionable for my clients.
