About
I’ve always wanted a career that helps others. Pairing that desire with my love for health and food led me to nutrition—and it quickly became my passion.
Over the years, that passion has only grown as I’ve worked with clients and witnessed firsthand how improving nutrition and developing a healthier relationship with food can transform more than just physical health. Clients often share that they feel happier, freer, more energized, and more confident—and everyone deserves to feel that way. There’s truly no better feeling than helping someone regain their health and quality of life.
Experience
April Dupee, MS, RDN, LDN
I’ve worked with hundreds of individuals to help them lose weight, manage chronic conditions such as elevated blood sugar and cholesterol, and build eating habits that support long-term health.
My background spans clinical nutrition, research, communications, freelance writing, recipe development, outpatient counseling, and corporate health. This diverse experience allows me to connect with a wide range of people and provide guidance that’s both evidence-based and realistic.
I’m passionate about translating nutrition science into simple, actionable steps that fit real life—no rigid rules or quick fixes, just practical strategies that work.
