Hello, my name is April. I’m a registered dietitian nutritionist.

I always wanted a career that helped others. This desire along with my love for health and food has made nutrition my passion. This passion has only grown as I’ve worked with patients and witnessed firsthand how improved nutrition not only transforms their physical health, but also impacts many other aspects of their life. Time and time again patients report feeling happier, more energized, and confident—and who doesn’t want that?

I am cutting through the confusing nutrition headlines and ever-changing trending diets to provide science-based nutrition recommendations for healthy habits that actually last. No black and white food rules or restrictive diets. With the right tools and skills, I believe nourishing yourself can be easy, sustainable, and most importantly, enjoyable.

A little more on my background:

April Dupee, MS, RDN, LDN

I received my Master’s of Science in Nutrition Interventions, Communications, and Behavior Change from the Friedman School of Nutrition Science and Policy at Tufts University and completed my clinically focused dietetic internship at Brigham and Women’s Hospital in Boston, MA. I have had a variety of work experiences in nutrition research, communications, freelance writing, and outpatient nutrition. I am currently working as a corporate health dietitian helping others live more nourished in whatever way that looks for them.
