Green Reset Smoothie
Makes 1 smoothie
Ingredients:
handful of fresh spinach
1/2 apple
1 cup frozen pineapple
2 celery stalks
juice of 1/2 lemon
1/4-1/2 in piece of fresh ginger (1 tsp ground ginger)
1 tbsp chia seeds
1/2 cup plain greek yogurt
1 cup water
Instructions:
Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth. I’d recommend blending this one a little longer than usual for the best texture.
