Green Reset Smoothie

Green Reset Smoothie

Makes 1 smoothie

Ingredients:

  • handful of fresh spinach

  • 1/2 apple

  • 1 cup frozen pineapple

  • 2 celery stalks

  • juice of 1/2 lemon

  • 1/4-1/2 in piece of fresh ginger (1 tsp ground ginger)

  • 1 tbsp chia seeds

  • 1/2 cup plain greek yogurt

  • 1 cup water


Instructions:

  1. Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth. I’d recommend blending this one a little longer than usual for the best texture.
