Everything Bagel Cottage Cheese Bowl

Makes 1 serving

Ingredients

  • 1 cup cottage cheese

  • 1 cup cucumber, diced

  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, sliced

  • 1/2 cup baked chickpeas (I used Biena Snacks)

  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley or dill, chopped

  • 1/4 cup red onion, diced

  • Drizzle of EVOO

  • Dash of everything but the bagel seasoning

  • Squeeze of lemon juice

  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions
