Peanut Butter Cookie Dough Overnight Oats

If I could only eat one breakfast for the rest of my life, I would choose overnight oats. They’re balanced, easy to make, perfect for meal prep, and can be flavored in endless ways (check out these other overnight oat recipes: Strawberries & Cream Overnight Oats, Blueberry Overnight Oats, and Chocolate Cherry Overnight Oats).

These high-protein Peanut Butter Cookie Dough Overnight Oats pack in about 24 grams of protein and 13 grams of fiber, which means you’ll stay full all morning long. Mashed banana adds natural sweetness, so there’s no added sugar aside from the little bit found in the chocolate chips. Make this next time you want a healthy breakfast that tastes like dessert.
