TJ’s Green Goddess Dressing

TJ’s Green Goddess Dressing

Unlike other store-bought dressings filled with sugars and unnecessary additives, this Green Goddess Dressing is made with simple good-for-you ingredients. Bonus: It’s delicious and is an easy way to make any salad taste great (perfect for all you salad skeptics out there).

Lemons

Lemons

This versatile fruit is a kitchen necessity. Squeeze some juice on your veggies, protein (chicken, fish etc), salad, or in your glass of water for low-cal dash of flavor (and powerful antioxidants).

Frozen Cooked Brown Rice

Frozen Cooked Brown Rice

Brown rice is loaded with protein, fiber, B vitamins and minerals. This whole grain is a filling and satisfying ingredient that can be incorporated into a variety of dishes. The only problem? It can take about 45 minutes to cook. And I don’t know about you, but I don’t have time for that. The solution: Frozen cooked brown rice that can be popped in the microwave and ready in minutes.

Seasoned Tofu

Seasoned Tofu

Tofu, made from fermented soybeans, provides some serious plant-based protein (1/2 cup contains about 10 g of protein). While there are a lot of great recipes out their for flavoring your tofu, I like to buy some simple seasoned tofu as a quick protein to add to salads, wraps, stir frys, and more.

Ground Flaxseed

Ground Flaxseed

Just one tablespoon provides a healthy dose of protein, fiber, and omega-3 fatty acids (the healthy fats that may help reduce inflammation and cardiovascular disease risk factors). Add ground flaxseed to baked goods, smoothies, and yogurt for a simple way to boost nutrition.

TJ’s Everything But The Bagel Seasoning

TJ’s Everything But The Bagel Seasoning

A spice drawer necessity. This seasoning goes great on well, everything. Sprinkle on avocado toast, salads, veggies, popcorn, and so much more to instantly take the flavor up a notch.

Seltzer

Seltzer

Flavored seltzer water might be a serious trend right now, but it’s a tasty way to increase your water intake. Staying hydrated keeps your energy levels up and is important for every system in your body. Plus, it makes a great alternative to sugary soda.
