Hello, my name is April. I’m a registered dietitian nutritionist.

My passion is helping people build a sustainable and realistic healthy diet that makes them feel good inside and out.

No black and white food rules or restrictive diets that are impossible to maintain. Instead, we’ll work together to help you build healthy habits and results that actually last—tailored to your unique lifestyle and preferences.
