This nourishing green smoothie is fresh and sweet with a little zip thanks to the ginger. It’s also packed with nutrients. The nutrition highlights:

Ingredients:
handful of fresh spinach
1/2 apple
1 cup frozen pineapple
2 celery stalks
juice of 1/2 lemon
1/4-1/2 in piece of fresh ginger (1 tsp ground ginger)
1 tbsp chia seeds
1 cup water
