Avocado Chocolate Smoothie
Makes 1 smoothie
Ingredients:
1/2 avocado
1 banana
1 scoop protein powder (vanilla or chocolate)
1 tbsp cocoa or cacao powder
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 cup milk of choice *adjust quantity based on desired thickness
a few ice cubes
optional: 1 date (for extra sweetness and/or your banana isn’t very ripe)
